This project highlights how Alliance Manpower became the exclusive workforce provider for MP Solution — a key European manufacturer of components for Intel. Through a full-service leasing model, we staffed and supported their factory with 70 to 110 employees at all times, including general assembly workers, welders, fitters, forklift drivers, team leaders, and shift supervisors.
